At Crochello, every creation is thoughtfully handcrafted and prepared with care. As many of our products are made to order, we take the time needed to ensure your gift reaches you beautifully and safely.

PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Certain custom, personalized, bulk, or larger orders may require additional production time and can take up to 15 business days before dispatch. If your order requires extra time, our team will keep you informed throughout the process.

Please note that business days do not include Sundays or public holidays.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

Crochello ships across India.

Standard Shipping Charges: ₹100 per order across India.

Certain oversized products, large bouquets, special packaging requirements, or bulk orders may attract additional shipping charges. Any applicable charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch:

• Mumbai: 2–3 business days
• Maharashtra: 3–7 business days
• Rest of India: Up to 10 business days

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping is available at an additional charge.

Delivery timelines for express orders vary depending on the delivery location. Customers are encouraged to contact us before placing an order to confirm availability and applicable charges.

SAME-DAY & NEXT-DAY DELIVERY

Same-day and next-day delivery options are available through Porter within select serviceable areas of:

• Mumbai
• Navi Mumbai
• Thane

Additional charges apply for same-day and next-day deliveries.

Customers are encouraged to contact us prior to placing an order to confirm availability.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp and/or email.

Customers can track their shipment directly through the courier partner's website using the tracking information provided.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including the recipient's name, address, contact number, and any relevant delivery details.

Crochello will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

If any changes to the shipping address are required after an order has been placed, customers should contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, modifications may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier partner may contact the customer to arrange a re-delivery.

Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Crochello proudly ships worldwide except Pakistan.

International shipping charges vary depending on the destination country, package size, and weight. Applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout wherever possible.

International delivery timelines vary based on destination, customs clearance procedures, local courier services, and country-specific regulations.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Crochello has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

GIFT MESSAGES & SPECIAL OCCASIONS

Customers can include custom gift messages through the customization section available on our website.

Gift wrapping and gifting options may also be available for selected products.

For customers within Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane, we may be able to accommodate specific delivery dates for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions through Porter delivery services, subject to availability and additional charges.

BULK, EVENT & CORPORATE GIFTING

Crochello offers bulk gifting solutions for weddings, corporate events, return gifts, celebrations, brand collaborations, and special occasions.

As bulk orders often require customized planning, production, and packaging, processing timelines and shipping charges may vary depending on the quantity and requirements.
